Samantha apprenticed in-house and was trained by our most senior educators. She assisted a L'Oréal Global Educator for a year before beginning her apprenticeship and career with Smitten. She loves balayage and blonding clients. She aims to give her clients low maintenance color and cut services for a lived in look.

    As co- owner of Smitten Boutique Salon, Lisa specializes in color and balayage. She has been trained by some of the industries leading experts. Prior to becoming an independent stylist in the NOVA/DC area, Lisa met her current co- owner Melanie while working at a salon in McLean, VA. It was in 2011, that Lisa and Melanie decided to create the Smitten brand. The Smitten Brand is going on their 12th year in business. Lisa now spends most of her time working on the business side of things, and continues to mentor the smitten team on a daily basis. Aside from hair, Lisa loves to work out and spend time with her family.

    As co- owner of Smitten Boutique Salon, Melanie is a passionate beauty industry veteran. After receiving a BA in fashion merchandising from Marymount University, Melanie decided to pursue a career in cosmetology and never looked back. After working with her co- owner Lisa in a salon in McLean, VA for over six years, they joined forces to create the Smitten brand in 2011. Smitten Boutique Salon will be going into their 12th year. Melanie still enjoys taking her most loyal clients, while also working on the business aspect of things. She has a love for mentoring and heads our apprenticeship program; to ensure proper training of each and every stylist. When she's not in the salon, you can find her spending time with her family and friends and getting her hands in anything creative.

    Michael is an accomplished stylist celebrating twenty years in the industry. He prides himself in helping his clients find their best personal style. Michael is continuously furthering his career through education and serves as Smitten’s product educator.
